I'm soooo exited!
The sixth book in my favorite series of books is coming out on
July, 15, 2008!
Btw, I'm gonna be describing the books and some of the reviews so if anyone wants to know what they're like, before they buy them, they can just read this. So, it's gonna be abit of a spoiler
The first was called 'Atemis Fowl'.
Twelve-year-old Artemis is a millionaire, a genius and above all, a criminal mastermind. But Artemis doesn't know what he's taken on when he kidnaps a fairy, Captain Holly Short of the LEPrecon Unit. These aren't the fairies of bedtime stories -- they're dangerous! Full of unexpected twists and turns, Artemis Fowl is a riveting, magical adventure.

At the start of his second adventure, Artemis is at boarding school in Ireland when he suddenly receives an urgent video e-mail from Russia. In it is a plea from a man who has been kidnapped by the Russian Mafiya -- a man Artemis had never thought he would see again: his father.
As Artemis rushes to his rescue, he is stopped by a familiar nemesis, Captain Holly Short of the LEPrecon fairy police. But this time, instead of battling the fairies, he is going to have to join forces with them if he wants to save one of the few people in the world he loves.

The third, 'Artemis Fowl: The Eternity Code.'
Ever the resourceful one, Artemis has found a way to construct a supercomputer from stolen fairy technology. Called the "C Cube," it will render all existing human technology obsolete. Artemis then arranges a meeting in London with Chicago businessman Jon Spiro. At this meeting he offers to suppress the Cube for one year in return for gold, his favorite substance. But the meeting is a trap, and Spiro steals the Cube and mortally injures Butler.
Artemis's only hope to save Butler is fairy magic. He knows the fairies could heal Butler if his bodyguard can be kept alive long enough. So he puts his manservant on ice in the restaurant's freezer and contacts Captain Holly Short.
In a miraculous feat, Butler is healed but there is a catch: he has aged fifteen years and is no longer able to perform his duties as bodyguard. Thus, Butler's infamously ditzy sister, Juliet, is called in as a replacement. Together, they all travel to Chicago to steal back the Cube and ensure that Jon Spiro is put out of business permanently.

The fourth, 'Artemis Fowl: The Opal Deception.'
Criminal mastermind Artemis Fowl is back
and so is his cunning enemy from Artemis Fowl: The Arctic Incident, Opal Koboi. At the start of the fourth adventure, Artemis has returned to his unlawful ways. He's in Berlin, preparing to steal a famous impressionist painting from a German bank. He has no idea that his old rival, Opal, has escaped from prison by cloning herself. She's left her double behind in jail and, now free, is exacting her revenge on all those who put her there, including Artemis.
Meanwhile in the lower elements, Opal has planted a trap for Captain Holly Short and Commander Root of the LEPrecon fairy police -- tragedy ensues, and Holly is framed for a heinous crime she did not commit. Instead of staying around to defend herself, Holly rushes to the surface to warn Artemis. But before Holly and Artemis can get away, Opal arrives and abducts them both. Artemis is faced with a world he does not believe in and an enemy with an infernal plan to destroy this world forever.

"This book is magical."
And finally, the last one to come out, 'Artemis Fowl: The Lost Colony.'
Ten thousand years ago, humans and fairies fought a great battle for the magical island of Ireland. When it became clear to the fairy families that they could never win, they decided to move their civilization underground and keep themselves hidden from the humans. All the fairy families agreed on this, except the eighth family, the demons.
The demons planned to lift their small island out of time until they had regrouped and were ready to wage war on the humans once more. However, the time spell went wrong, and the island of Hybras was catapulted into Limbo, where it has remained for ten thousand years.
Now the tainted time spell is deteriorating and demons are being sucked back into the present space and time. The fairy council is concerned about this and is monitoring any materializations. But when the spells deterioration accelerates, the materializations become unpredictable. Even the fairy scientists cannot figure out where the next demon will pop up.
But someone can. Artemis Fowl, teenage criminal mastermind, has solved temporal equations that no normal human should be intelligent enough to understand. So when a confused and frightened demon pops up in a Sicilian theater, Artemis Fowl is there to meet him. Unfortunately, he is not the only one. A second, mysterious party has also solved temporal equations, and has managed to abduct the demon before Artemis can secure him.
Once again, Artemis will have to pair up with his old comrade, Captain Holly Short, to track down the missing demon and rescue him, before the time spell dissolves completely and the lost demon colony returns violently to Earth.
So, hopefully now, you guys can see how exited I am for the sixth to come out^^ Oh, and the movie's comin' out in 2009! I can't WAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIT!!!!!!!!!!! *Jumping up and down*
